Insulated glass

Insulated glass is a new building materials with good heat insulation, sound insulation, beautiful and reducing the weight of the building; it is made by two (or three) glass, using high strength and high air tightness composite adhesive, sticking glass sheet and aluminum alloy frame containing desiccant, it is a kind of heat or sound insulation. Insulating glass is superior to common glass, so it is recognized by all countries in the world.

Performance:

1. Excellent energy-saving effect: energy consumption of modern building is air conditioning and lighting, the former accounted for 55%, the latter accounted for 23%, while the glass is the thinnest and best heat transfer material in exterior of buildings. Due to the dryer in an aluminium frame through the aluminum box above the gap, it maintains the air of insulating glass dry, so the insulation performance is excellent.

2. High sound insulation: it can reduce noise 27 to 40 dB; 80 decibels of noise of the outside traffic declines only 50 dB inside.

Frost elimination: temperature difference of indoor and outdoor is too high, the single glass will be frosted. Due to air interlayer, even the outer layer is very low, it will not frost in the surface because of the temperature difference. condensation on the surface of glass. The dew point of insulated glass is up to -70℃.  

3 the anti wind pressure intensity is increased, the curtain wall is mainly subjected to wind load, and the wind resistance is the main index of curtain wall. The anti pressure strength is 15 times of monolithic glass. not easy to explode: production method is bonding, cold processing, glass original film stress does not change, elastic material around to seal, the glass is not easy to explode.

4. The film will not fall off: metal film can not be exposed in the air long-term; and metal film coated insulated glass surface in dry sealing air will never fall off.

5. Glass sheet will not burst: in the air-conditioned room in summer, the sun shone single glass outside, heat accumulation, there is temperature difference both inside and outside of the glass; when the temperature difference is too high, the glass will burst. Insulated glass does not exist this phenomenon.

Product application: the high-end building windows and doors, ceiling, insulation of schools, hospitals, stadiums, television, broadcast recording room places, also for refrigeration appliance, aircraft, ships, locomotives and other fields.
